Commercial Junk Removal in Conyers
We clear out offices, storefronts, warehouses and rental properties: worn furniture, retired fixtures, dead equipment and whatever the last tenant left behind. You get a clear upfront price, a crew that works around your hours, and a space ready to lease, renovate or use again.
Cleanouts built around a working business
Commercial junk is heavier and bulkier than most household loads. A four-drawer steel filing cabinet can top 100 pounds empty, laminate conference tables come apart at cam-lock joints that strip if forced, and gondola shelving has to be unbolted from its base deck before it moves. We plan for that before the truck arrives, so the job takes hours instead of a week of staff time.
Older buildings and rental houses add their own problems. Narrow stairwells, door frames that have been reworked over the years, and loose flooring near the entry all change how we carry things out. We look at the route first and protect thresholds and floors so you are not paying a contractor to fix damage after the haul.
What commercial junk removal covers
- Office furniture and cubicles
- Desks, task chairs, file cabinets, bookcases and cubicle panel systems. We take panels apart at the connectors and stack them flat so they load safely and take less truck space.
- Retail fixtures and shelving
- Gondola units, slatwall, display cases, counters and old signage. Glass shelves come out first and travel separately so nothing shatters in the aisle.
- Rental property turnovers
- For landlords and property managers, we clear what a tenant leaves behind: mattresses, broken furniture, bagged trash and clutter in sheds and carports. The unit is broom-swept and ready for your painter or cleaner.
- Equipment and electronics
- Old copiers, monitors, small kitchen equipment from break rooms and retired racks. Electronics are set aside from general debris so they can go to recycling instead of the landfill.
- Warehouse and back-room clutter
- Broken pallets, cardboard, worn-out carts and years of overstock nobody wanted to deal with. We load it and sweep the floor behind us.
Signs it is time to call in a crew
A lease is ending
Most leases require the space returned empty. Leftover furniture can cost you part of a deposit or delay the next tenant's build-out.
Staff are hauling instead of working
When employees spend afternoons carrying desks to a dumpster, you pay wages for work that risks back injuries and damaged walls.
Storage rooms block exits or panels
Stacked boxes and old chairs in front of electrical panels, sprinkler risers or rear exits are a safety problem and a likely inspection note.
A renovation is about to start
Contractors bid and schedule faster on an empty room. Clearing the old fixtures first keeps their crew from billing you to move it.
A rental sat vacant after a move-out
Abandoned belongings in an older rental house slow down repairs and showings. One cleanout gets the unit back on the market.
How a commercial cleanout is priced
The price comes from how much truck space the load takes and the labor to get it loaded. You know the figure before we lift anything, and it stays the same unless you add items. It's upfront, with no hidden fees.
Volume
Truck space matters most. A few desks cost much less than a whole floor of cubicles and storage racks.
Access and carry distance
Ground-level loading by a dock goes fast. Upper floors with no freight elevator, long corridors or narrow stairwells in older buildings need more time and more crew.
Disassembly
Bolted shelves, built-in counters and modular workstations need tool work before they can be moved.
Material type
Electronics, tires, mattresses and some appliances have separate disposal or recycling handling that changes the total.
Timing
Jobs set before or after your business hours may call for a different crew setup, and we'll let you know if that affects anything.
How a commercial job works
- 1
Site visit and quote
We come out, check the items, the route out and any stairs or elevators, and hand you a written price before work begins. There's no charge and no obligation for the estimate.
- 2
Timed around your hours
We pick a time outside your busiest stretch, including early starts if that keeps us clear of customers. When the truck schedule allows, we offer same-day and next-day service.
- 3
Protect, break down, load
Door frames get padding and finished floors get runners, then large pieces are taken apart in place. Heavy steel goes out on dollies or hand trucks instead of being dragged over tile.
- 4
Sorting and sweep-up
Furniture that's still usable is set aside for donation, metal and electronics go to recycling, and the remainder goes to disposal. We sweep the emptied space before leaving.

Questions businesses ask us
Can the work happen before opening or after closing?
Usually, yes. At the estimate we ask about your hours and plan so loading doesn't get in the way of customers or staff. Let us know any building rules on loading times and we'll stick to them.
Who will be inside our building?
Our own crew. The company is enrolled in E-Verify, which many property managers and businesses care about when they track who's on site. We'll gladly check in with management or security before starting.
Do you work for landlords with rental properties?
We do. We clear what tenants leave in houses and apartments, yards, sheds and carports included. If you manage units in Conyers, Covington or Stonecrest, a single call sets up a cleanout between tenants.
What won't you haul?
Hazardous waste like paint thinners, solvents, chemicals or fuel isn't something we take. If any of it is in the mix, we flag it at the estimate so you can set up proper disposal.
Can you leave a dumpster for us to fill?
We don't. Our crew does the lifting and loading and hauls it all off in the same visit, so nothing sits in your lot waiting for pickup.

Get your space back without pulling staff off the floor
Tell us what needs to go and we will come look, measure the route and give you an upfront price. If the timing works, the haul can happen soon after.
